I love shopping on this site they have everything with reasonable two great prices. The only thing I don't like is it takes too long to get your items delivered. If you're not in a hurry to get your items I highly recommend shopping here.

Shopping experience whas good, i have one regret, the spain warehouse have not a great choice for print filament. It will be interesting to can apply a filter for differents warehouses, may be better for the delivery in same time.

I must follow up my package and after that I received it properly.

I received my product sooner than expected, so service was good, product was a bit damaged when received, I just wish there was accessories available for the product so that I can carry on enjoying it. Overall experience is not bad, product arrived earlier than expected, and price was a little higher than expected, product also not capable of all that was shown in the catalogue... it doesn't have dual cameras... so a bit disappointed.

Good prices, but shipments a slow. Overall pretty good but don't expect to make a deadline depending on the shipping. Wide variety of products for most any use. Have ordered electronics as well as tools. I'm no longer working so tools do not have to be heavy duty but most every thing has shown quality that should last.

Trouble with debit card, perhaps a double payment?

When I started putting it together I found the one of the plastic wheel covers had a broken tab and the main plastic body of the mulcher is cracked in 2 places.
It looks like the box was dropped at some stage!

I ordered in 11/29 from Banggood to have it in time for Xmas. I paid for shipping and insurance. I have been watching the status since then (today is 1/13). The item originated in CA and I am in VA. The label was created on 11/29 and the item finally shipped yesterday 1/12. That is FIVE and a HALF weeks of the item sitting around. This can't be blamed on customs as the item originated mated from a warehouse in CA. I reached out to customer service and after going back and forth with a chat bot, I finally got a human who told me that I couldn't get a refund because the order had been processed. It looks to me like they process the orders immediately and then just sit on the item for a few months. This is technically the 29th business day since I ordered and they give themselves 15-35 business days. I will NEVER order from them again. The item is supposed to arrive on the 16th, which would be four weeks after Xmas. I don't care if I ordered a bar of gold for a nickel from them, it's not worth the wait and aggravation with this company.
