I received a defective thermal camera that will not turn on. I tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including charging it for an entire day and using different chargers and cables, but the device remains completely unresponsive. I contacted Banggood support immediately and provided photos and videos, requesting a replacement, as I understand defects can happen. However, support has been dragging the process out for over 10 days, repeatedly sending the same canned responses saying they are "looking into it," with no real progress or solution. Since they did not seem able to replace the unit, I requested a refund. Instead of resolving the issue, they continued delaying and then offered only a €10 refund for a €100 defective product, which is unacceptable. This is the worst after-sales support I have experienced from an online store. I would not recommend purchasing electronics from Banggood based on this experience.

Scam site, do not order from here. First and last time I do business with them. Ordered an ebike, before the first delivery attempted UPS received request to return product to sender. Banggood plays dumb and currently is in the possession of my money and my product, their costumer support does not provide a solution, it's been weeks now and all I receive is an automated message that I should be patient.
I had a terrible experience with order *******. I purchased a chainsaw with a 55% discount code. For 20 days, Banggood delayed the shipment, claiming the item was 'discontinued' while it was clearly in stock. They repeatedly asked for extra payments (over 30 EUR) to ship the item I had already paid for. Most shockingly, they sent me a formal email agreeing to ship a replacement at the original price, only to retract it 2 hours later claiming it was a 'misspelling'! This is a classic 'Bait and Switch' tactic to avoid honoring discounted prices. I only managed to get a refund by opening a PayPal Dispute. If you use a high-value coupon, expect them to lie to you until you cancel. Unprofessional and dishonest.
DO NOT buy from BangGood there is NOTHING good about buying from them. They are dishonest and scammers who will give you a run around with TERRIBLE customer service BUYER BEWARE!

I placed an order for a toy helicopter and unfortunately had some issues with the PayPal check out. I contacted customer support to confirm the order was received. The service was excellent and prompt given the 12 hours difference in the time zones.
Shipping was not the fastest, but the order was over the Christmas season and that can cause delays that are not the fault of the seller. I received the package and the the quality of the toy helicopter is the best I have seen.
I actually just placed another order yesterday and will likely shop with Banggood in the future.
