Good experience. The handbag was securely packaged and delivered safely. However, I'm returning the item as the handbag is much smaller than expected. The buyer does have to pay for return postage and insurance which depending on the item being insured can be expensive, this would be my only complaint. Overall experience was good so far. Not sure on the return as I'm still in the process of that.
