There's no way to turn it off, and as soon as you buy a few credits THEY START CHARGING YOU WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT WITH CLICK TRAPS OPENING UP AT RANDOM TIMES.
I bought 100 credits for 2.50$ and now I'm in 200$ deep, because I apparently bought lifetime badoo premium and 2700 credits...
I had no idea this happened until I looked at my bank account.
Obviously their customer service will only reply that "it cannot be refunded" because their fraudulous terms and conditions say so. Well, good luck with that. THEY ARE NOT ABOVE FEDERAL LAWS. HOLD YOUR GROUND.
My phone crashed i got charged £119.99 i dont know if it was a security breach or glitch in the app but my bank detected fraud and returned the payment badoo now refuses to cancel the charge even tho it was not me and i do not want an account should the charge go from paypal or my bank or is not cancelled i will be taking this further, soliciter currently involved as are citizens advice bureou both are very interested bank state badoo is high risk and will loose ability to process payments under them good luck guys
I used this site off and on for 10 years. I met two gals on here. Both were in cities away from where I live. Both were women I saw on more than one occasion. And both women were wonderful. There were certainly lots, and lots of misses. But hey, being married and meeting up with two wonderful women while traveling was fantastic.

Okay this dating app. When I first started on this Badoo app, it was optional that you can verify your number or photo. Now these petty administration people completely shut you out of the system when you get back on. My photos was still posted and that's insanely ridiculous. They up there watching people every move and telling you something is not appropriate it's only a worded post. I'm going back to my old dating app for that, they are wayy better than what these people are running.

Terrible company with 0 values to their members. They will incur big charges on your account for supposedly non refundable one click payments they mention of their "fine Print" and you accept. It doesn't matter you complain immediately after their charge they will not refund you the money and tell you you should have read their fine print policy. Please BEWARE of this company as it is obvious they have structured this policy along with their "one click customer convenience purchase" on purpose to steal money from their members. There are a lot of the same complains online. BEWARE!

This is a feature which enables you speed up making purchases on Badoo without having to enter your details every time you wish to make a purchase. This feature is completely optional and you can chose to remove your details at any time.
In regards to the payment you have made on Badoo, this has happened because you have selected the service which was shown to you and since you already had your card details linked to your account, it was not necessary to enter them for this purchase.

I was blocked for a reason that confused me so I emailed Badoo asking what specifically resulted in me being blocked. Like a specific conversation for example. Instead of an explanation, a moderator replied and said that I violated community rules. I clicked the link that was provided in the response email so I could view the rules and possibly figure it out for myself since the email wasn't much help. And I found that what they said I was blocked for wasn't addressed in the rules. So, I wrote back pointing that out and they have not replied to me. It was been long past the 24 hour waiting period. Its frustrating because I have used Badoo for 2 years when I really should have stuck to Tinder or OkCupid.

Badoo does not work properly! They only matched me with people far away and they tell me its my fault. All my settings are correctly set. Since I am so dissatisfied I asked for a refund and are they giving me the run around. They are just quoting their terms, and hiding behind automated messages. There are many far better dating apps! Steer clear of Badoo at all costs!

That's why you might see users from other places from time to time. However, these users usually aren't too far away and our super cleaver algorithm calculates that they're in travelling distance.
Remember, you can also use 'People Nearby' so look for users specifically in an area that you chose!
In regards to your payments, it's entirely up to you whether you chose to purchase any premium services on Badoo, however, this will not effect your matching as this is based on your swipe activity and therefore can't be considered as due reason for a refund of your purchased service. 4 months ago I quited from Badoo, I did have credits left but didnt matter. Still today take money from my acounnt evry 7 days. I did request an answer from them but they said that I dont have a profile with them and that is correct, but still they take money from me... SCAMMMERS

Badoo Premium is a subscription-based service. When you purchased the service, the service conditions were listed on the payment page, which explains how the subscription works.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your payment settings in your 'Settings' page and unsubscribing from the service.
You will still be able to use your Badoo Premium features until the end of your current paid subscription.

I too was on the auto pay thing for the one day which is about $2.99 and all of the sudden I was charged $159.99 through my paypal. I tried asking what happened and they claim I did this one click method. I wasn't even on the app when it happened. So I asked to return my settings back and a refund. They told me it was non refundable by their terms and conditions. I read the terms and conditions it says I can cancel within 14 days and I was sent this reply when I asked about it:

We recommend that you check the terms and conditions for all future purchases before proceeding.
No where on their terms and conditions does it mention that! I did not consent to such a purchase but they claim I did and refuse to abide by their own terms and conditions. These are scam artists and something needs to be done about them.

If you continue with this option selected, you'll link your payment details to your Badoo account which can be removed at any time via your account settings. Since you linked your payment details to your account and agreed to this by continuing with your purchase, you were then able to make a purchase of Badoo Premium using your stored payment details. Unfortunately, since this type of service is instantly activated on your profile, the benefits are instantly received, therefore making this type of purchase non refundable as per our terms (which you previously accepted).

All banks will refund the money for you. Even if you use the site and aware of paying and simply want your money back, all banks will get all the money and they will incur a chargeback. Too many of these and MasterCard/Visa will frown upon them and even take away their ability to process. They are a high risk business on par with pornsites. So if they want to play hardball 1,2min call to your bank and you will get your money back. If they continue this process of playing stupid they will ultimately lose their processing abilities. So Badoo, I recommend you invest in customer service. Now all you guys stop $#*!ing & moaning, you can't lose any money to such a site. Wake up.
I went online first time on Badoo talking to this one female she had a UK accent she gave me a bogus number that was it a VoIP computer internet number she told me she was from Toronto bull$#*! warning to all users especially females don't bother going on there it's all bull crap people they're trying to scam you and I'm a guy and some girl sent me some fake sexy pics lied about her life lied about everything told me she never had a kid and then I found out she had a kid clearly it's a scam clearly it's a fraud by using words like baby deer honey darling nobody talks like that it's fake stay away I hope you guys understand that there could be real people but because of people like that they ruin it for everybody else

If you were going to use this type of service do not use your bank card get a throwaway card like NetSpend or a gift card with a Visa or MasterCard logo in use that put just the amount of money on there that you want them to take and no more and that will protect your bank account. They can't take it if you don't have it.

If you chose to store your payment method during any purchase, you will be able to make purchases on Badoo using the stored payment method without having to enter your payment details again.
You can check your payment method and subscription status in your profile settings under 'Billing'.

Its seems like a cool site and a cool idea. While i know some of the profiles might be phonies or false i decided to play. One of the first things is that many of the women that are supposedly in my area are not. In any event i signed up for Badoom premium which i thought was for a week at 3.99. I was charged in some way also for $39.99 without my knowledge. I was able to get my money back but nowhere did i see i was going to be also charged for this. If it wasnt for this i would have gave badoo a try. Just didnt like the way this went down..

I had a very very bad experience with them, they charged me for premium and didn't fulfill the requirements i signed for. I asked for my money, they NEVER answered.
