On the 3rd of September 2019 I wanted to activate Badoo Premium for ONE day only. On the 6th of October 2019 I realised that you guys have been deducting money from my credit card every single day since the 3rd of September, a total of 34 days. I am very unhappy because of this. I have now paid an astronomical amount of R 831.64 over to you guys and I was not even aware of the daily deductions.
Under normal circumstances, one month would cost R 80.00, but I paid more than 10 times that amount for the same period and I was not even using the service or aware of the deductions.
I have been using this app for at least 1 Months now & I decided to paid for the 500 credit for $17.99 last night & then today the 8th of Jan they $#*!ing Took out another $17.99 from my account so What $#*! is going on here mate? I Just relised now it's a $#*!ing Fake Scam App, the girls doesn't even reply back your message all Fake idiots.

Badoo is a safe space for people to make meaningful connections. That is why we will always champion diversity which means that we have a wide-range of users using our platform. We have a zero tolerance policy on hate speech as this violates our Community Guidelines.
We work very hard to ensure that everyone is welcome, and we will never exclude certain users based on individual preferences. Some users will try and use our service for malicious purposes. That is why our moderation team works 24/7 to spot these malicious profiles. We also have a photo verification system in place to prevent fake users from using the app.
If you're suspicious about a profile, we strongly recommend you to report them and we'll check them immediately.
The numbers of fake profiles or whores that want to sell sex (I ever doubt they are woman's or actual people).
You will get bombarded with fake likes, fake profiles, and it keeps on and on and on...

Please stay away from. This site. Most profiles are fake. To chat with someone, most of the time you need to. Buy credits. I thought by paying a lifetime payment of 145$ i would have be able to.chat with anyone.
So wrong. You still. Need. To. Purchase credits after that. This is theft. I will do anything i can to have this. Site banned.

- Badoo Premium is a subscription-based service that enables you access to many different functionalities for the period you subscribe. E.G. Undo your last no vote, top chat, invisibility and access people who liked you.
- Credits are used to purchase self-promotion services such as Rise Up, extra shows in Encounters and Get Featured. You can message most people for free, and contact anyone you match with. If you don’t want to wait until the user likes you back, you can still use credits to initiate a conversation with her.
As Badoo is a free website to join, in some cases there are individuals who create profiles on our site with false intentions. We take the security of our users very seriously and assure you that we do our best to implement the most effective solutions to remove these profiles from Badoo. I just reported them to my bank as I am not even sure how they received my banking information. I downloaded the app a week or two ago and lost interest very quickly. It was advertised as a free app and had premium features. I never looked at the premium features but somehow was charged $58.99 today and sent me an email thanking me for renewing a service that I never knew I even had. I don't know how they got my information other than Google or they are part of another site somehow. I called my bank and she said that many dating sites share the data. She also said write to them and they will likely give it back and if not it would take up to 55 days to get back from the bank. Badoo responded in an email saying that I agreed to a reoccurring charge for my premium service that as I said I never signed up for. I would never remove my bank card from my wallet for this site and that is what disturbs me is how did they get my banking information, to begin with. I see other posts of people complaining about similar things this company needs to be investigated for the shady practices. I have reported them to my bank as fraudulent. Badoo must have it set up this way on purpose and need to be held accountable. This is unacceptable.

Took my money then blocked my account without providing evidence of the excuse (spreading hate speech). Repetitive mechanical responses from the "support" team. One click purchasing can be activated extremely easily by simply pressing one button, no confirmations are required which leads to error purchases without recourse to return the funds. Stay clear of this company, there are many professionals operating on their pages, which violate their terms and conditions but do not get blocked.

"You can access all of Badoo premium features with just one click when you make a payment on Badoo using a pre-authorised payment method" If you would like to prevent this from happening again, please ensure you unlink your pre-authorised payment details from your account in your payment settings.

So, it is impossible to delete the Badoo account, although I log in with the right ID, it keeps sending emails to gmaik.com, and no amount of correction sends it to the right email. I guess they've programmed it that way. Since they are also operating in the EU, I am planning to file a case using GDPR articles. A good fine would bring them down!

Beware of this site and never buy any of their services like credits or premium. They uses all the legal ways how to scam you like subscription payment you do not know about (if you wont cancel, they will charge you). Once you put payment informations of you card it will stay there they will then put a lot of ads like buy premium and if you are not careful what you click on they will sell you their most expensive product on one click! Also they uses fake profiles and messages how the hottest girls want to talk with you and other bullsh*t. They uses also lots of psychological ways how to make you think its a good idea to buy premium. Like there is a hot girl looking to hear from you but if you want to talk with her you have to buy some credit an so on They uses lots of other ways how to charge you so be careful because there is no way they will refund your payment! Also spam emails from them are so annoying. There is no contact details of what company or country or anything is behind this site! Your money will end up in UK and I do not have to say that this country is the centre of scammers. I was charged for lifetime premium with unauthorised credit card payment!

Badoo will never charge you for any services, that you did not request. You can also find out more about our cancellation policies on our website: https://badoo.com/terms/ If you would like to request a refund for a service you purchased, you can always contact us on badoo.com/feedback and we will be happy to assist you.
The one-click method presents a quicker and easier way for you to make online purchases on Badoo! After making an initial purchase with your credit card or PayPal account, your details will automatically be stored. The next time you want to make a purchase, simply click on the service you want and it will automatically be applied to your account using your payment details.

I was a member for exactly 2 hours. Dozens of fake profiles ( easily exposed in chat when they dont reply to questions and start repeating their script. Video chat is only available on the mobile app.
Be careful when you try to delete. I eliminated my pictures and i was kicked off the site for not having a pic before i could confirm i was deleting.
I feel like I've just crawled out of a swamp.

I attempted to sign up for them, got as far as entering my birthday and it keeps telling me to check my birthday that I put in! I think I know when my birthday is! Then it wanted me to login with Facebook which I refuse to get. It's just one thing after another with them!

Badoo I cool in the fact that it offers live chats. But with all the thirsty lame guys stroke the egos of bored insecure girls that just get on the app for the live chat to get their $#*! kissed i can miss out on it.
"Earning credits" then Badoo take them and won't explain why. I have complained numerous times especially when they took 27,000 credits after one stream! Massive scam and I am reporting them to Ofcom. Please ensure you report them too if you experience anything similar. Owned by a Russian billionaire... surely he doesn't need to be stealing from us?!

If you really don't want to wait, you can use credits to unlock the chat and you can send two messages until the user replies, so make them count!
