I purchased a refurbished iPad for my business and it would not support Spotify or any other app similar. Waste of money. Seller would not give me a refund.

My purchase works exactly as promised. In fair condition as described (only a few notable scratches on the case). Computer came with basic, functional keyboard and two panel sides. All lights and parts function and there were no issues with it in installation. Thank you.

The MacBook was delivered days ahead of schedule and was exactly what we were expecting. I got a really solid deal on this machine as a laptop for my daughter and expect this to last years. I was impressed to learn this came with a 12-month warranty on top of it.

I ordered a 2015 MacBook Air 11.6" for around $230 (after delivery and fees) in FAIR condition. Ordered on a Saturday night at work, received on Thursday afternoon the next week. MacBook came in way better condition than expected I mean the screen looks new, the keyboard looks great and works, the overall condition was damn near perfect minus a couple of imperfections that aren't anything to point out. Everything work's flawlessly and I will definitely purchase more products from here. As a guy who is low maintenance and doesn't care to have the newest of the new I love this concept to save money for products that get the job done. I ordered a $15 case for the top, bottom, screen and keyboard and it's perfect.

I went looking on The Internet for a "reasonably-priced", "vintage" Apple TV3 (circa 2012) that might "socially relate" with iPhoto inside my "vintage" (circa 2009) MacBook Pro and, whadaya know, Back Market up n introduced itself. Got my "vintage" Apple TV3 and pulled up an equally "vintage" doc from back when dinosaurs roamed the earth, did as told, and now can see pix of my lady n me on our equally "vintage" Sony TV. OOOOooooooRhaaaaaaa!

Got an iMac for 260$ that runs like new. This was the biggest deal of my life, thank God i gave you guys the chance to show me what you can do. Good job guys, I will raccomand you to everybody! Thank you very much

Purchased an Apple Watch from Back Market as gift and it was perfect. The watch arrived as expected (in excellent condition) and worked right way out of the box. Shipping was quick and arrived when expected. You could not tell it was a used device and I am extremely happy with the purchase! I will differently buy from Back Market again!

This was my first time buying a refurbished phone and was very skeptical. I bought this as an upgrade for my teenage daughter and we were pleasantly surprised when it arrived. The delivery was very quick and the product is in mint condition. Everything works as expected and will definitely be buying again using Back Market. No complaints so far and fingers crossed it works as expected. Happy to know that it is backed by 1 year warranty.

I would like to begin that most of us, are somewhat skeptical buying from websites like this, due to the fact that it can lead to trustworthy sellers, quality of the product, reputable sources etc. I found that not only do they satisfy the criteria and mission they continue to pursue is more than reassuring to me, but the mere fact that they will not let you down. I bought a MacBook, and I KNOW, that it would seem like a scam or something, but no, it was nothing ever compared to that. I received the MacBook a day early, huge plus and when I saw it, it literally looked brand new, I was just awe and shock. I felt that my purchase was not only very worthwhile and rewarding, it was also, reassuring, to all the other customers who purchased anything from here. To each and every one you who need to find a great or even better deal, purchasing from this website will not fail you. I am grateful that this website exists.

I needed an iPad to replace my old one. I found exactly what I was looking for on Back Market. The price was good and there were lots to choose from. The item I ordered was exactly as described and came quickly.

Here's what happened to me, hopefully it's the exception, not the rule. I ordered a phone that based on what it said was unlocked for Verizon (and others). I contacted Verizon to switch my service to the phone, and when I gave them the IMEI #, they said it was locked and that I should contact the seller. Back Market said the same thing, and also said this happens sometimes. (My reaction was - clearly whether a phone is unlocked or not is a key issue for the consumer, and one i'm assuming the seller can check before shipping, so why is one being shipped without making sure...) The seller said sorry, send it back, and asked whether I wanted it replaced or refunded. I said 'replaced,' given that i had already bought a phone case for that model. The next email I received said 'Good news! A full refund has been made to your credit or debit card.' I asked someone from Back Market to get back to me and explain this, but I haven't heard back. Other than an email asking to give (more) feedback, and this: 'Unhappy? Contact the seller.'

2nd computer from back market, both wrong, both bad purchases. The first one died 2 months in, now this mac mini didnt come as what the specs said. Said 16gb ram, it has 8. Said 1000GB SSD, this has 121gb. Said i5, this is i3. Backmarket SUCKS! Anyone can apparently call themselves a professional refurbisher. Sure I can return it and blah blah but I every time I spend hours of time getting the computer to where I needed to be, then customer service just says, "sorry, would you like to send it back". They don't care.

I have brought an iPhone and a iPad and both were in great condition and both came with a year warranty which is way cool. Thanks yall for creating such a great brand and product together we can heal the world. Hopefully more people will trust you all and make a switch to refurbish. Keep up the good work!
