I have reached out to them multiple times and with no luck. They put the wrong address on my box or something. The post office put a return to sender note on my tracking and I called the post office and they said they returned it to the company. I've have like 15 emails and all different people. No help and they want to charge for future months after a free box. They catch your attention with the nice stuff on the website and just pay shipping. But if we never get a box then what's the point. They Also said if it goes back into inventory then they will resend it. I told them I'm tired of it all I cancel and also I've since filled a claim against this company with my bank.

I ordered the babebox, without realizing the one month free thing, and received my first box. I lost my credit card that I used for the original purchase and had to cancel the card. I was unsure of the shipping date for the next card, so I asked to cancel my subscription to babebox. I had to email them, the chat did not do anything. The emails were two different people with two different names, both replying telling me the exact same thing. They offered no help. They basically think I was trying to steal from them. Terrible, do not do business with a company that treats their customers this way,
Love love the babe box I don't like to spend money on items I haven't tried. Especially makeup and skin care because we all know they are expensive. With babe box its customized to me I try products for a very very low price and if I like them I can purchase more at discounted rate... Love love babe box 2 thumbs up!
I guarantee that all the 5 star ratings here are all staff. This is seriously a rip off and all emails are answered by a bot. Save your money. I've asked and asked where my order is (ordered in February 2019 it's now 20 April 2019) when ever I email my frustration, all I get is "thank you for your reply, you can track your order here"
It's a piss take and the joke is on us. Spend locally, read reviews, and don't funnel your cash to these Asian arseholes.

Fabulous product. It really stays on ALL DAY. Purchased 4 lipsticks and got the lip liner free. I love them.
I love the products they are beautiful! The eye shadow has a variety of colors and textures that feel great and look good. The lip crayon goes on smooth. I haven't tried the mascara or face mask yet but I am sure they will be great as well.

I love the idea of a free box before paying every month for the sibscription and the cruelty free is a bonus since i love my animals. But i really wish they would allow me to pay for my 7 year old daughters box i tried to get a subscription for her but they cancelled it since its on the same credit card. So i will be having to get her a subscription to boxycharm or somewhere i know they allow it because my co worker gets it for herself and her daughter too thats my only fuss
