I ordered a size bigger than I usually purchase in stores. The dress was very tight so I feel it had to be sized wrong. I had bought it to wear for Easter so I was very disappointed. I have sent it back for refund

Not only was the top paper thin but i had to pay for the $26 express shipping which wasn't at all express but i had to pay to ship it back...

When I placed my order it was an easy process and delivery of the items was quick. I was disappointed in one top as the edges of the frill on both sleeves and around the hem the material has not been finished or hemmed so the material is fraying and when worn will have threads everywhere. Liked the colour of the top so considering returning due to this issue.

It was not clear to me how difficult it would be to return an item. I'm not used to option one option two I'm just used to returning something that doesn't fit. And I don't like to be asked what doesn't fit about it? That has no bearing.
It took over 3 weeks from the day I ordered until my items arrived. There was one tracking entry 8 days after I ordered and then nothing. The items arrived too late for my event. Dress is oversized in the body for the size and the matching jacket is too small in the same size. Quality is not great. I hope the return process goes smoother than the purchase. Unfortunately, I will not order from this company again.
Fits good now. The first one I ordered did not fit so I ordered another one size larger.
Ordered dress 3/10/24 did not hear anything from them until I did an enquirer on 3/30/24 now they said it shipped
