I will compliment customer service, when I had a question about tracking, they replied quickly and provided the answers I needed. Tracking either did not update or was very slow to update on both orders I placed.

Wanted a dress for a graduation party thought I would try this company, the graduation passed by and didn't get the clothes. They told me that one item was on back order so I said can you please send the rest for now. Then waiting again to get everything. Finally came and nothing fit me. Did not like the material.
