Wanted to exchange purchase as size I chose was quite tight on the belly area. I went for a trip out of the country before I could even fit as I also just came home from a trip prior when I left. When I looked in IG how I can exchange for bigger size, it was giving me only 15 days to exchange it and it was pass that time when I came back. I had lots of things to catch up at home after two, 2wk trips & it's only now I was able to check on old emails. Tags are still attached & unworn. I really like the designs and color but is it still possible to exchange for the next size?

Pretty good items received were well made. Only one item that was a little disappointing the item had two long sleeve shirts which I thought you would receive two as advertised.

Easy to order. Fits are accurate. I didn't receive notification when the parcel as posted. So a surprise when it arrived. Great fit happy with what I received. Hope my sister lives her birthday present.

Whilst the order came in good time, I would have preferred a conversation about the products not received not merely a substitute. I expected to receive what I ordered. I opened the parcel this week.

Downside is that I received two items that were not the colors I ordered. But it's ok. At least they were the correct sizes.

Sleeves were tight on tops. Otherwise as pictured.

I was unable to apply an online coupon discount when I placed the order. Customer service applied it for me after delivery. That deserves a 5 star rating! I haven't tried on one of the pairs of pants yet but so far, items fit fairly close to expected. Thank you.
