I had an issue with one or more items being out of stock but the communication with the customer services team was efficient and pleasant. My problem was resolved almost immediately and my order turned within a week afterwards. Extremely happy with both the service and products. I will definitely be using this site again

When shopping/ordering from these "overseas" companies, buyer beware that one, it takes many weeks to receive your order, two, sizing runs 2 or 3 sizes smaller than US companies.

Clear pictures of items-colour on a shirt was not so accurate. Reviews & sizing is helpful. I checked sizing with tape measurements & am happy with sizing.

Never buy clothes from this company, product looked like good quality on instagram, disappointed in random sizing. T shirt too big and no shape in shorts, cant bend in.

One day their email told me to wait a week or two. Then two days later they were asking me if the product arrived. And it hadn't yet. Didn't come until Tuesday, the day after labor day. This jacket was so misrepresented as a winter coat that I could never trust them to buy from them again.

Company sent out confirmation and email promptly. Delivery wasn't exceptionally long or rapid. Product smells like chemical, doesn't run on American sizing wouldnt order anything from company again

Unfortunately no notification that parcel had been delivered. The plastic parcel which had a tear was left on top of driveway pillar & luckily neighbour retrieved it before was rained on so would look into delivery company.

Shipping was slow. Items were very nice, just 2 were too small.

Easy to access items and size chart. Placing my order was easy. I ordered my merchandise on the 15th and you put the charges on my credit card right away and I had to email after two weeks to see when it would be shipped. I finally got he the order on the 4th. You should not charge my account until the order is shipped.
