It took 20 days to receive this blouse. Very slow shipping!

It was a very long process before I recieved my items. Beautiful texture to green dress but unfortunately it doesn't fit & will need to return it.

It was easy to order the produce,but it has been about one month for arriving

They are quick to take your money. Delivery is around 15 days. Nothing looked like the pictures! Won't ever do that again!

Order was delivered promptly but the described linen is not linen

Sent it back to address on packaging. Found out later I should not have. I may not get reimbursed.

Clothing sizing was too small. I have contacted customer service for return/exchanges and have not heard back.

I did email like I read I was suppose to do if I needed to send things back. I received an email that made me an offer to give me 20% off of tops and then keep them.I emailed back and send I would rather not because I can't wear them and I would be losing money in the deal. I am still waiting for a response back.

All the clothing items were true to size and color. It would be of benefit to know what materials the clothing was made from. Some items are of a material I just don't prefer. But I will give it a try.

I picked the clothes because I really liked the look of them...flowy, breezy. I was shocked at what I recieved. Cheaply made, poor fitting and in some cases they looked nothing like the picture on the web site. I have been trying to return 3 of the items for a few weeks now. 8 emails later including a humorous offer of 30% of the cost of the items so that I do not have pay for shipping and I am still waiting for a resolution.

My overall experience is both positive & negative. I loved the products that I ordered! One item was big, and did not fit right. The second one was great. The company's sizing is off from what I am use to in the U.S. It was hard to know what size is comparable to order. I am not a fan of their return policy, as I am in the process of a return; and it is taking way to long to get this resolved.
