Delivery I thought was a long time. But everything came very well wrapped

The shipping was greatly delayed, but it did finally arrive after about 2 weeks. They did send me an email apology. The product was packaged badly and as a result has sharp creases in it.

SIZING IS WAY OFF. THE ITEMS WERE TWO SIZES SMALLER THAN WHAT I NORMALLY WEAR. DESIGNS ARE GREAT BUT MATERIAL IS FLIMSY. THE RETURN POLICY IS CUMBERSOME AND HARDER THAN ANY RETURN POLICY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. THEY OFFERED ME 30% CREDIT IF I KEPT THE CLOTHES THAT DIDN'T FIT!

I ordered a white baggy soft blouse. I love it. It's just what I wanted. I even ordered a size larger so it would be baggier.

Difficult to return items. The sizing isn't right on the blouses I usually wear M-L, but none of them fit.
