Nothing like the picture. Fabric & striped colour disappointing

I ordered from an Australian site (azzlee.com.au) and to return the items I purchased for a bigger size, I had to send them to the USA. There was one item not in my parcel and nothing to tell me why it was missing.

Goods received quickly individually packaged and good communication during transit

The top is fine but the fabric is not the same as the photo, which looks like a more open weave.

No emails re: order confirmation, or shipping and no response when I emailed them to see what was happening. It took ages to arrive

I can't remember having a better experience in the service department of any business. Rita was efficient and responses were timely.

I received my blouse, is was to small and I returned the blouse for a larger size (M) to the address on the parcel I received.
There was no receipt or other information inside the package, only an address on the package, so I believed this was the address for returns.
Please review emails that your company has forwarded to me.

Product didn't really seem like an $89.00 dress, was more like a value of $39.00

I was pleased with the prompt delivery. Not so pleased with the fit. Better to order larger than what you would usually wear. Also tops all seem to polyester and I was not that impressed with them. The pants all seem to be cotton as advertised which is good. The clothing looks better in the pictures because the models are very slender. Not really like normal women's sizes in my opinion.

Sizing great. No problems with delivery. Would recommend this site for clothing.

As the size was to small I have organised for a larger size Azzlee were helpful in organising this for me.

The package arrived and the products were as advertised. Unfortunately they are a little small but that was my error and provides me with incentive to lose some weight.

I'm cautious ordering clothing online, because I've received stuff not at all like the photos. But you can trust Azzlee. Products are exactly as pictured. Arrived quickly. Very impressed with quality and service! I've ordered several times.

No product looked as they did in the pictures on website especially the dress and the feature cut on the pants, recommended sizing inaccurate, fabrics not nice (some too thin and some quite thick), very ill shaped and therefore ill fitted. Took twice as long to arrive. Extremely disappointed and have thrown some of the items away.

I found the company very quick in responding to me and extremely accommodating to find a suitable solution that suited my needs.

I find it hard to get the sizing correct, you never know if the clothes are small sizing. I think I should have gone a bigger size. I am still very happy with my purchases.

Attempted to return two items but have been given the runaround. I was eventually told the return address was in vaguely in America (NJ) so they offered to let me keep items while they gave me a 30% refund... which went to 50%, then 70%, then 80. I gave up and accepted this and was told to contact them if I'd heard nothing further in 30 days (when, frankly I expect them to have vanished). I would NEVER buy from them again and am unlikely to shop online in future for any clothing.

I contacted them several times. Would not refund my money. Finally offered a small refund back to my account. Nothing has been sent. Very Disappointed
