Return address not mentioned on Invoice return address on packaging not their return address. I returned to address on packaging and lost the item as it went to the carrier. Refund offered was 40 percent. Not happy

Overall very good. Product was true to photographs and product was received in a timely manner.

Sweater just as expected. Very pleased. Lovely sweater.

It was easy to make a purchase, however. False sizing, false fabric (expected soft drappy cotton, not stiff cotton), synthetic fabric in gold top was horrible. The whole order will be put in ragbag. Unwearable because of size, fabric and colour.

The ad described the garment as "midi", which is a length between the ankle and the knee. This garment is above the knee and I am of average height.
Also, the garment is polyester! Check the ad for material content!
