I loved the look of the sweater I bought and buying it was very easy.
Was unable to make a return. After hours of trying I was advised to just keep the dress that is much too large. No answer a s to how to receive a refund. Credit card statement shows charge was made October 27 for $55.98. I would like a refund and am happy to send item back if you will provide me with information on how to proceed.

I wanted to return 2 out of 3 items purchased but there is a massive reluctance to accept returns. I was initially offered 30% of the cost and to keep the items. I managed to negotiate 70% but have still not received the refund. Very disappointed and will not shop again.
Merchandis me was of poor quality. I returned immediately. Returned to address on pkg. No instructions inside. I paid return bill myself. This company would not issue a refund for my return.

Top I received was nothing like advertised and then making it difficult to return offering me to keep top and get $11 back top The top was too small anyway but I was going to have to pay to send back! Not impressed and will never order again. Doris Wright
