I have checked shipping, the building, outside the building numerous times and it definitely was never delivered to me at my address. This is over a month ago. I have been very patient. This sweatshirt is to be a Christmas gift and you have done nothing. I either want a replacement sweatshirt sent immediately or a complete refund. There has been enough messing around here and now I am totally frustrated. PLEASE SETTLE THIS PROBLEM NOW.

I ordered on November 4 and received my order about 3 weeks later. I did not know it was coming from another nation.
After receiving an opened bag with nothing in it, I reported it immediately… I called the USPS and they said they thought they saw 2 sweaters in the bin?!? They were the ones I ordered… but no earrings… Azzlee said they would take care of it immediately!
