Constant offers of discount to keep item when return address was all that was required

Love the look of most items. Now that I received some items. I think addional views and model sizes would have helped. Order took too long as well as a service that isn't as reliable.

I never received the item.
I contacted the customer service and they told me to contact the post office and I contacted the post office and reply to Azzlee and they replied that I have to contact the post office. Never problem was solved. Disappointed

You did not include any return information with the order so when I wentto return it I didn't have the same packaging

Order took a long time to arrive and when it did it wasn't at all what I expected.

I ordered and forgot to put in a code. I contacted them immefiately and a couple days later was told they'd give it to me after the merchandise arrived. Sure. Purchase w caution.

So far it has been fair experience. Hope to receive 30% refund due to item being too small & larger size not available.

So far, easy and good selection, but I was disappointed in the fabrics which were not cotton. My dress choice was sold out and the replacement offered is not to my liking.

Words of inspiration are needed for everyone. It is a seller, however attention needs to be given to the quality of chosen material and comfort.

I ordered two items in December at the end of it. Received them 2 weeks later. I don't care for the material. Returns will take a long time. I was not offered any shipping labels. Will not shop with them again.

Too many emails arrived asking if my order had arrived. Surely you can assume that it did if you dispatched it properly. I am still not sure if they and this are scams or just spam.
