Trying to obtain an address to return items that didn't work for me. So far have been offered lots of options that I'm not interested in, but no address to return them and get a refund. Hesitant on ordering from this site again...
The order came with no paperwork, and the return address of the package was a French address which was stuck onto Chinese characters. My items were too large, and I have no idea how to return them.
Ordering paying receiving the shipment all was well organized and reasonable timeframe. However, I'm not satisfied with any of the products I've received for different reasons except for the cat bag.

I wanted cotton but I forgot it has no give so I could have done with a larger size. Other than that I really like the material and quality of the cloths I received I also had great customer service when I enquired about delivery timeframe
