The shopping experience was a pleasure. I ordered 4 items. The order was promptly processed and mailed out quickly. I received an email when my order was on the way.
I never received the order so needless to say I am extremely disappointed, dissatisfied, and downright upset about it! I even sent an email advising you that it failed to arrive to no avail. Should you rectify by sending the aforementioned order before posting this to your public survey, I am happy to either edit this survey or complete another. Not as worried about the payment as receiving this order!
I haven't received my order nor have I received a response to my emails asking what happened and where are my dresses. I was charged in mid January but have nothing. Needless to say I have nothing good to say about the company or their products. If they are on back order or something they could at least respond with that. But so far NOTHING. I'm very disappointed. POOR customer service!

Trying to get refund on items that did not fit. It's been horrible. You have 30 days to return but they take days to respond to my emails. It's been a nightmare
