It has been Ok but I think the sizing needs to be adjusted and quality control could be improved on.

I ordered a dress around $55. It was too small. I immediately emailed the company to find out how I could return for a larger size. They emailed me back and said I would have to pay the return shipping or I could keep my item and they would issue a gift card. I took them up on the gift card option and they have never responded back to me. I have emailed them several times with absolutely no response.

I ordered this blouse relying on the sizing information offered. It was at least 2 sizes too small. To date, I cannot get this company to respond. Additionally, I was not sent a receipt with any valuable usable information on it. Please tell me how to exchange this blouse for the proper size. Or return it for credit.

Order came as promised. Fit according to size ordered

I was disappointed with the long wait time for delivery after placing my order and especially with the poor quality of one of the sweaters.

All products fit and look as advertised. Because they arrived late I was unable to take them on my winter vacation! Consequently, I won't be wearing them until the snow melts here so I cannot give a thorough review on ongoing upkeep. (washing and wearing)

First of all the clothes are of good quality but that is all the good I can say about the company. I got a navy blouse when I ordered a white one different style and everything. I was a little leery after I placed my order because I did not a confirmation for quite awhile. I placed my order and you waited at least 2 weeks to tell me something was out of stock and you wanted to know if I wanted to wait for it to come back in stock to send the entire order. I needed these for a trip. It would have been nice to know sooner. Please advise about this navy blouse cute but I didn't order it.

It's easy to shop. I wish I researched the fabric and sizes better. I did use the chart and measurements.
One too was still too small. The other in the same size fit.

I contacted customer service to return shorts. I chose which option worked best for me. I have never heard back. So now I have a pair of shorts that don't fit, no way to return and am out the money.

Everything I ordered was WAY too small. I ordered bigger than my usual size but I coukdnt even button the shirts. The pants fit but are a tad snug. I'm not ordering ever again
