Pure rubbish, ordered a rug and got a thin piece of foam, that I would not even put on the floor for my dog, a very poor picture printed on thin foam, packed so tightly that totally wrinkled, impossible to flatten.
I ordered a king size bed set with shams. What I received was maybe a standard size but the shams won't fit standard size pillows. The design is incorrect and the material is very bad in quality! Do not buy anything from these people. Also their customer service is nonexistent!$

It appears that this and under several other names, Chinese companies are stealing pictures and making horrible copies of the item to act like that is what they are selling. More than one company, or under one company with seames. It is illegal activity, and since this name can not be singled out. I suggest we all stop any further purchases of Chinese goods.
What a joke! I ordered a bedspread with pillowcases. I received a sheet with no pillowcases. The colors are completely different on front and back, not even in same color family. None of the colors are accurate! Picture is pixelated with shadow, and pattern is defective, and there is a tear. Not to mention waiting 2 months for order to come! Company offered only 30% cost return, even though they admitted it was their mistake. What a fraud!
This company is a complete scam, fraud. I ordered a "handmade Kona quilt" I received nothing more than a cheap moving blanket with a copy of the quilt. Do not buy from this company.
I ordered what I thought was a beatiful deer comforter w/ pillow covers. What I got was 2 pieces of very very thin fabric with a zipper?, 2 pillow cases & the picture was not close to what they showed. Cost me $35 to return. Not worth keeping in my house. So very sad.

Do not buy from azcozy the product looks nice until it arrives a month later. It is cheap looking quality. Wanted to send it back. Was given the information to send to China and when the label printed the label said Rutherford NJ. I have been waiting for my refund for over a month even though the rug was tracked it was received within two days of being shipped they are claiming they never recieved it. Total scam company. Zero satisfaction. They only save or make up the satisfied customers on their selling page. Contacting better business bureau and whatever other government agency that can help consumers get money back for scammers.
If I could give zero stars I would. Their items are not as pictured. Quilts are basically printed fabric that could pass for moving blankets.
I ordered two rugs, one small and one larger. I expected them to be matching rugs for $140.00.The larger one is terrible because the resolution is too low for the art they used. I have asked for a credit, refund or exchange. They say they will refund once I return the rug to CHINA! Do you know what that cost? They are purposely "stealing" my money" for a substandard product apparently not even made in the USA. They do have an office in Houston, though. BEWARE, this is not a customer friendly company.
As everyone here and elsewhere has said, Azcozy is a total SCAM. I purchased a small rug on their website for $49.95. Shortly, I received an order confirmation email. Shortly after that, I received another email saying there was a problem with the order, but would receive 10% off for my trouble, with a link to my shopping cart to complete the order. Then I discovered the charges on my credit card, listing PayPal as the merchant. No mention of Azcozy. What actually happened is, a double-order of the same product, one at $49.95 and another at $45.95 (10% off). I immediately sent three "Cancel & Credit" emails to *******@azcozy (the only contact info listed anywhere). No response, so I disputed the charges on my credit card, had the charges reversed, only to be re-billed later due to documentation from PayPal showing delivery. What I received weeks after-the-fact was an inferior product, not like the website photo, in blank packaging with no paperwork or return address. They scam you with double-billing and then make it impossible to cancel or return. Wow! Filed a complaint with BBB, but only resolution now lies with PayPal. Haven't heard back yet.
They scammed me out of $69.90 and paypal will not do anything about it I am looking into a class action lawsuit against this fake company! They are stealing copy rite materials then they screen shot photos onto cheap material and passing it off to you or sending nothing at all! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! And dont expect paypal to help.
I ordered a what looked like a beautiful to me real pile carpet slightly carved surface, green ground with butterflies and flowers. What I got was a brown ground thin foam printed mat.
This is a scam. I didn't see the reviews here before I ordered. I believe the woman who says that the company tried to sell her copywrighted work. The so call area rug that I purchased looked just like a poor photocopy of an original work screened onto a dishmat type of material. When I asked for a return, "Lisa" asked me to take a picture of the item after I gave her the order number, then she told me to ship it to CHINA! For returns. The item came from, "Mark"******* Adelante St. Ste. C, Invindale, CA ******* according to the label on the package. Still trying to get my money back. Save yourself!
Somebody somewhere got through to the powers that be, and the azcozy.com website has been taken down and is no more. Or maybe the scam is no longer working? Or maybe the corona virus took them all for a ride. Anyway, even though these reviews keep rolling in, the company/website is gone from the internet. I'm so thankful for this.
I ordered a product October 2nd. They billed my credit card right away before shipping. It's now October 16th and nothing has been shipped. I've been scammed! Calling my credit card company.
I was looking for a unique comforter and AZcozy had what I needed and no other site did. I ordered and had follow up emails. Upon delivery, the comforter had several huge streaks of dye. I emailed company asking for replacement. They would not replace it and would only refund it if I paid to ship it back to CHINA! Only recourse is to reverse CC charge and post this

The strange thing is they sent me a 8x5 rug in a bag! Folded in a bag sent by someone from California, but thru paypal help told me to sent the rug back to hong kong? Which it cost $99.00 and to sent back pay $61.00, never again, I been shopping online for many years and first time this happen to me. Be careful ck on company when getting thing online (especially from China). We are being SCAM, Kayleeandtepid is selling things online, and sound shading company to me. Be careful
How can you advertise Native American rugs? Native Americans would be appalled by this shoddy garbage. Thin foam not rug. And Brayden lied the whole time about how they are made to order and checked for flaws. He got me. Just stamp sucker on my head. Hope I can keep any one else from this scam!
