Easy ordering experience
Order arrived very quickly however now need to get clips to attach to the flagpole rope to be able to hoist the flag - did not realise they would not be enclosed. A note re the requirement of necessary attachments as part of the ordering process would have been useful as I have never hoisted a flag!
