Received our sewn Australian made Australian flag in record time. Ordered it in the early hours of one morning and received it the next day, in perfect time to fly it for Australia Day. Also pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt and personal response to an enquiry I made, instead of a computer generated 'we'll get back to you in a couple of days' messages. We'd gotten sick of the poor quality printed nylon-type ones made overseas and are so happy with this one. It'll serve our family well for many years. Next thing will be a flag pole. Would definitely recommend Australian Flag Makers.

Australian Flag Makers are absolutely awesome - not so happy though with Star Track deliveries (AustPost Deliveries). The driver attended my residence, I wasn't home, so they threw the parcel (my flag) back in the front seat and drove away without leaving a parcel collection card (none on the door and none in the letterbox). The only reason I knew they had been at my house, was the security camera footage of the whole event, and the email notification that my parcel had been delivered. I actually thought the delivery driver had stolen my parcel. I had to go online to track my parcel to find which Post Office it had been taken to. Poor form Star Track - I have lodged a complaint with Star Track Deliveries. Just wish their drivers had a bit more pride in their work.

Quality of this flag second to none! Delivery within 1 day of ordering too! This is the 4th flag I have purchased from Australian Flag Makers! Quality that lasts & lasts. We live high on a hill, the flag is continually on our strong, white 6 ft mushroom top flagpole. We started out with a fully sewn flag that withstood every element & have since purchased 3 of the polyester ones. They all retain their colour & strength. My husband a Vietnam Veteran & a proud Aussie & always wanted an Australian flag flying proudly. I purchased the flagpole from one of the only full Australian made flagpole makers here in Qlld & surprised my husband with it as a gift for our new home 3 yrs ago. Australian Flags were great with expedient shipment but the Carrier was 4 Days late in delivering. Advised a 14/11/2023 delivery but only achieved a 18/11/2023 delivery!
