It was fine except when bidding time is extended and no bids
I had a very good experience with getting logged into Auction Time and being able to bid and even once getting the bid to be able to get wiring instructions for making my payment. Would recommend online bidding to anyone.

Getting registered was good bidding good. Paying not so good. I don't do on line banking you don't take credit card so i have to mail a cheque and that takes how many days.bank draft is what bank said is the way to go in paying. I'm waiting for lot # ******* invoice as to pay for all at one time. Lloyd annis

I have never been to an auction where you add time, I do understand you try to get the most for the buyer, but, you snooze you lose. I am at my work place and watching, if you want it bad enough, pay attention. It is very frustrating, the bad thing for this auction is its happened a few times and I hav ehad customers in here $#*!ing at the time altering auction and say the same as me. NOT HAPPY!
You again are asking me for my "experience", I am not changing my answer as in one of the pallet auctions I was the only $50.00 bid from whomever put the $25.00starting bid but it said only one bidder and it still kept changing the time. So again I reiterate, I know you would like to get the buyer as much as you can but if I am wasting my emplyers time watching an auction I cannot attend OR an auction that you do not have attendance at, then wind down the time and if they were interested they would have put a MAX bid down so they don't have to watch. I lost bids to cause it went over my max bids as I couldnt be on line due to customers coming in to see me, so it becomes a me issue. Reseting time should be against the law and also removing an item to resell later too. You asked my opinion and you now have it.

Although I've never been a fan of auctions it's nice to have an option to bid online that's easy to use for bidding. I'm pleased that our local auctioneers can use this platform as well as giving us access to bid on equipment across the country.
