Auction time worked really well. No complaints there. The excavator I bought based of pictures though from Renken Auctions was not the one they actually sold me. I didn't get what I thought I was buying, so that was disappointing. They did work with me to try to make it right, so I am happy about that.

Even though I won the item the process was Highly irregular and suspicious for illegal activity. Kept getting outbid alerts even though the bid amount was far lower than my submitted bid amount. Please investigate the bid for lot number of the asset I won 2022 Great Dane reefer trailer. The process was not fair and I may have been caused to overbid unnecessarily for an asset I should have won at a lower bid price.

Following up on my phone call, I would like to respond to you here also. Reviewing the auction bid history, you and the runner up bidder were using max bids on 6/26/2024 from 12:38 pm to 12:45 pm. I am assuming that you were watching your computer while you were upping your max bid. Then when you went back and saw the outbid emails AFTER you had already changed your bid, it looked like you were getting outbid emails when you were technically in the lead. I hope this clarifies any confusion.
It went very well. Raised my high bid once without any problem. Information for paying was easy to follow and complete

It is the second time that I have participated in an auction and on both occasions the experience has been good, mainly in the speed of registering and bidding, it would be very good if some auctioneers reduced their premiums.

Had been searching for a zero turn mower for a couple of weeks when I came across Tractor House on Auction Time. Found a new zero turn from dealership with auction that ended in five days. Was able to contact dealer directly which I did several times to be confident in my bidding. Liked how I was able to enter my max bid and my bid was increased as needed, didn't need to be there at end of auction. This was a good thing because I was on the golf course as auction ended. Found out on thirteenth fairway I was high bidder. Made arrangements at nineteenth hole to pickup my new zero turn.
No problems bidding on the item. Seamless experience! Follow thru with payment was just as easy!
I have contacted AutionTime to report a broker company located in Weatherford, TX called TEXAS IRON BROKERS LLC the owner's name is Nathan Alford this person owes me a sum of 10K for some 53 foot dry boxes that I put up for sale with them beginning of March and to date there is still no payment, I called AutionTime telling them what is happening with this and they say that they cannot do anything about it, my point is so that they would not continue authorizing this broker company selling items with them since they They are stealing people's money. I have all the necessary evidence to unmask these people>
People who are buying, look at my experience. I no longer feel confident in continuing to buy through AutionTime.
Everything went well until the auction was extended because of a last minute bid. That cost me $2,000.00. I am also waiting on manuals for the machine that were listed in the auction description as being part of/ included in the sale. The machine itself is as described and in very good condition.
My recent experience was great, because the seller was fantastic post sale.
I have been in one many auctions on auction time, great website, decent app, however, the last item I won, there has been no contact from the seller, the broker, I complain to auction time and have gotten no response
The experience bidding on the tractor I bought was great but I received an email stating I was high bidder on a tractor I didn't bid on.
As always went smoothly and and I believe my purchase was at a fair price me
Bidding is easy, my only suggestion would be a more in depth description of overall condition and road worthiness for vehicles that can be driven
I buy and sell items on auction time have been overall pleased with auction time and the service. I chose to sell my equipment a piece at a time on auction time rather than having a retirement sale and it has been successful.I wish there was a better way to put the least you would sell it for on auctiontime as my auctiontime provider has told me that a high starting price usually does not work. So far my items have been selling above my expectations.
