Auction time was a ok experience.pictures and description could have been lot's better.not sure I would buy from true ag and turf again I have bought from many auctions and never been charged to load the item before

I bid on a machine and time had expired 2 times. Your company elected to add time to the bidding which was really wrong and unethical!
Time can be increased by up to 20 seconds if a bid is placed within the last minute of bidding, giving another bidder a chance to get his bid in. You can also place a max bid and let the computer bid for you up to your max bid.
Maybe I am wrong but it seems like before when you clicked bid increase it would automatically do it. But now it takes you to a different screen the view item screen and have to scroll down to bid. Also when you click back button it won't take you to the complete listing again have to go back to search
Placed high bid on combine and went for less then our high bid. Computer told us we had won the bid! When we were finished biding on the auction it told us that we had won the bid for combine, grain head and cart with oir total for all! Never never have I been so upset and discussed over this auction bidding. Please look into this!

I bought a logging truck that auction time solicited me to bid on, I won the bid and owner of the truck just refused to release truck claiming there was a reserve the whole experience cost me money and time and was a waste of my time—— update talked clear to owner of Norman auction Jordan he was no help and when pushed to do something or supply me with coppies of contracts they claim to have that owner signed proclaiming it assigned to unreserved auction and free of leans resorted to calling names and yelling use Richie bros for your buying and selling not fly by night creeps like Norsman auctions

I had a good experience this time. I did have a bidding experience once where a dealer misrepresented a piece of equipment. I told the salesman that I wasn't going to buy the piece because he lied about the condition. He waited till my time was up to dispute the piece with AuctionTime and got me thrown off AuctionTime. I received no help from AuctionTime. It wasn't till my attorney was going to sue the dealership, did I get my buying privileges back.

Awesome job and i enjoyed doing this > i needed another truck. I did not like that seller told us truck would run, but when we got there to check it out. If we had not checked the fluid levels we would have burnt the engine up, that is if we could even get the truck off the lot. We started it and 2 minutes later we had a yellow and red engine lights came on. Antifreeze was below sensors and 30 miles Into the trip home we got smoke pouring out of the truck. There was oil coming out of the pipe to the turbo. So I am not too happy about this. We had to get truck towed by a company in Bigelow, Ohio.

It was easy for me to make a bid. It was a little confusing at the end if I won the bid or not because I could not tell if my bid was accepted or no. However, my bid was accepted, and I did win the bid. The website said the wire transfer fee is $15.00 but the bill charged me $20.00. Overall, I was really pleased with the outcome.
