Fake auction. Won the item but was told it had a lean. Not impressed with the platform.

Very easy process from bidding to receiving winning bid invoice from seller. One question did arise and represenative from auction time quickly responded with the correct information. I'm very well satisfied

Bidding through the website was great. Description of the machine was great, until I showed up onsite to take possession of the machine. I think a better description of the machine before bidding would have been necessary in this case. For example, the machine was repainted and is obviously in need of a few fixes in the cab. The bucket is obviously bent, and the worst of all the machine has a WARNING LIGHT on. Hard to miss that.
I parked near the door to load the machine and got my trailer ready. In that amount of time, they had opened the garage door backed out the machine and closed the door. No customer service, no "hey thanks" or " need any help?".
I don't feel like I got ripped off, but I do wish they could have done things better on their end.

Bidding through app on phone only allows small increments to raise bid - rather inconvenient.

Be sure to compare the online photo with the actual item before you accept it.
I was not very alert…., so l accepted nothing as nice as the photos suggested. My mistake.

I've always liked the auctiontime setup, I've bought alot of good deals on auctiontime. In my opinion, it sure beats standing at an auction all day!

Great platform, easy to use bids options and filter options. Only issue I've had was I was bidding and in the minute of an online auction it stopped letting bud making me re-authenticate my account. I was bidding on 2 tractors and I lost my #1 pick because of this. But I have to say when I called in they quickly authenticated me and I didn't loose the second tractor with the same auction close time.
