The picture of the items are great. The descriptions are usually well done. The actual bidding is easy and efficient.
Took forever to close. Even when no one was bidding. Not fare. Will stay away for my future buys.
Overall good experience. Clicking a hyperlink from within an email then navigating to the app can cause some issues finding the item you originally clicked in the email.

Info on timing and bid status is very clear! I liked this a lot better than a live auction because I have trouble understanding the bidding language at a live auction.

Auction continued to go on for way to long.
Thanks for your feedback. We get feedback from bidders on both side of the bidding extension issue. However, Auctiontime.com made the decision to have the platform extend time so bidders weren't subjected to sniper bidding and every bidder had an equal chance to bid on and win items.
The auction was a success it's just Williams tractor sales said no leaks detected whenever I got there there's hydraulic fluid everywhere the machine would not start and he was very rude on the auction site he says no leaks detected and it runs good no problems everything

I can't get anybody to call me back. I sent Dana a bunch of money after I purchased an item and not one person will call me back. I don't think I'll be using this auction again.

Total incompetence by the employees at AuctionTime have caused repeated failures in support of new bidders and the customers that they serve to sell equipment. Their *******443 is the starting point of the failures this company provides to anyone attempting to become a registered bidder. Pitiful excuse for a service organization.

I was the successful bidder and fortunately the piece of equipment was relatively close, so I didn't have to travel a very long distance to pick it up. And it didn't have a buyer's fee which is very important to me.
