The treadmill arrived within days of ordering it and the transport company sent up to date emails on delivery times. The treadmill was so well packed so it wouldn't get damaged in transit. I found it easy to assemble and the instructions were not hard to follow. Te only problem I found was the running belt was not aligned and ran on the left and side of the frame, but this was easily adjusted following the instruction booklet. All in all I am very happy the the unit I chose.
