Ran into Dobbs Ferry AT&T to get a Sim Card replaced. Behold, One Sales Person, One Customer in front of me. Sat and waited 25 minutes. Once attended to. The problem was unable to be fixed.

I have been with them for a while and the customer appreciation sucks. They must be own by the government cause att don't care about nothing. They steal lie and cheat you out of whatever they can. The customer service representatives all need to be retrained or use a automated service cause they attitudes are nothing like Spectrum which I went to with a smile. Please avoid this company they will scam you for everything. No one knows they job. I spoke to a representative who said her name was Diana but I think that was a lie then I asked for a supervisor who name she said was James only to find out it was technical support and his name was Justin who sent me to the Loyalty department to end my account. Said the lady noted I wanted to leave I didn't at first I was just asking why my bill changed but I will since all yall have nasty attitudes and hate yall job. I think att needs to start over shut down and start fresh. This type of attitude must be all over the company long as they get paid they don't care about the customer. Find somewhere else unless u want to spend more than your car payment for a phone bill. T-mobile has one rate one price never change and you have your own personal customer service representatives and they are respectful. Verizon as well price my by high but better than att.
The apartment complex recommended a guy. The price was not right.
I told him not to call. He called and I dismissed the call over 10 times and then he texted.

Well they keep charging our card 2 weeks prior to the due date. Called and customer service doesn't care. Said someone had to call in the payment, which I didn't, or had autopay, which I canceled months ago for the same issue of being taken out weeks early. Then tells me to go online to file a claim and miraculously that doesn't exist either! Their customer service is horrible. If you can skip them go somewhere else. They can't give you any straight answers! In store some associates are nice but we also had issues with one guy in particular who lied and wouldn't take cash payments.

I work at home my internet keep dropping I called several times to schedule a technician to come fix the problem the internet support said there is outrage in my area so they can't send technician…. I been have this issues since 05/9/2023 … I requested to speak with a supervisor they said none of them is available. …. Do not do business with ATT bad company bad customer support team they only care about money not service
Bought a phone for a small business. Was told by the "salesperson" if not completely satisfied, return the phone within 30 days for a full refund. Yeah, right! $191.00 later and numerous harassing phone calls from customer service representatives (all foreigners) is all you can expect. DO NOT BUY AT&T!

They mess up on their billing then shut your phone off. Tell you it's your fault and that you need to pay $40 reconnection fee for their mistake. I changed my card on my account they try to run my old one and say there's no money on it… we'll no $#*!
I do not like ATT at all I wish I had investigated more thoroughly before connecting with them. They transfer you so much I'm afraid all the transfers will lead to sending me to a scammer who then gets all my info. SO SAD
I am absolutely shocked and extremely upset! My experiences with ATT has b0een HORRIBLE. I still don't have my phone! After being charged ridiculous amount for the phone I didn't want I found out I was paying for a line for 2 years that I didn't want. Conveniently they couldn't fix my online account so I had to deal with people on the phone. 5 different representatives told me 5 different things, lost my labels, then charged me $255 for not returning the phone because they couldn't print up the return lable for the phone I didn't want to start with. I feel like I am in the twilight zone! I already lost money at my business twice because their internet went out and it took them over a week to fix it. Now, I signed up with another provider, and I am losing money again because I transfered my completely paid off phone to another provider and it is locked by this disgusting company! I am calling to everyone who has been in the similar situation to join me in a class action lawsuit! They deserve to pay us for anguish, pain, and loss of income! Not responsible customer service. They lied, not respond all previous bad reviews are corect. They charge me 600$ for late returning device. Called many times they said we will return the money to your account and they didn't. Over all do not made auto payment with this company. Soon i will transfere to a nother company after payoff my devices.
Been with them 5 years with their cellular service and i never been disconnected, well i fell on hard times couldn't pay by the due date is due to get paid june 8th and they turned me completely off. I can't wait to switch t mobile said they will buy me out
If I could leave negative stars I would! I called in February to cancel phone service for my small business after having it for over 10 years. It wasn't canceled until April when I realized money was missing from my account! I called to hand it canceled again, the incompetent employee didn't remove the automatic payment so they charged us 3 months of service at $272 when originally our bill was only $67.08 for nearly 10 years! Then for 3 months we got the run around about refunding over $800 to our account which we still have not received to this day. It is now June! We have spoken to numerous agents, at least 2 supervisors and we still don't have our refund. This has severely impacted our business not to mention the 3 overdrafts it caused to our business account. If this is how they treat a 10+ year customer what do you think they will do to you! Do not use AT&T! Period

I called on 06/01/2023 rougly 10am MST after calling in January and again in November to try to do the same thing, I have 2 lines. 1 under contract and 1 that hasn't been for 3+ years. All I wanted to do was keep my phone number from my phone that I have had the same # for over 17 years. Wouldn't even let me talk to a manager. Mortici was the gentleman's name. Horrible "policies" how pathetic that you can't even help a customer of almost 20 years. As long as ATT benefits it's ok that you lose this 1 customer. I do want you to know that I oversee 141 stores with approximately 300 people per location. I will be letting everyone know how I was pushed off as a problem and a simple task of working around the issues you would have had a very happy customer that has influence on who we get discounts through employer and has a lot of infuence on the community. I hope it was worth it!
I had 2 phones, 2 iPads and car services. In November I added internet. HUGE mistake. I started getting 1200.00 bills. I worked with ATT store. They specifically stated it was wrong and tried to get me refunded. This continued. Once I thought I was fixed my services were turned off due to no payment of 700.00 which I did not owe but to get access to my services they made me pay it. I cancelled all services in March and now it is May and they are still billing me. I have no access to my account to see why. I was specifically told I don't have access because I don't have services. I hav enow been billed of April, May and told I will also be billed for April. At this time they owe me almost 2000.00. Stay away from them!
I had an appointment booked and the first guy charged me 40 dollars and didn't make any sense transferred me to the next and still nothing was accomplished. The next guy transferred to his representive who told me one of the other guys made a mistake kept me on hold only to send me to a number which did not work and the call to be canceled. They have not called back. No matter how many times I said I was in a time crunch and needed this done nothing was accomplished. I hate At&t if I could I would give them 0 stars.
The wifi is absolutely trash, when I play games I get 200 normal ping and with t-mobile I got as low as 50 I would go back to t-mobile but I can't I absolutely hate this bad internet service it is just sucky overall
Recently switched to AT&T wireless. Service is par, but their billing is freaking horrible. Customer service is non-existent - wait times are atrocious and if you sign up through Sam's Club you will be told your activation fee will be waived. But it WILL NOT BE WAIVED. Ive been told by many to not go with AT&T specifically because of their horrible customer service, but I figured try them for myself and make a decision. They were right...don't do it, promises will not be kept and our 1st month bill for two wireless lines that WE brought the phones to is $235.54 - insane. Chatting with incompetent representatives, and was told to wait for a manger. Well it has been 45 minutes to "chat" with a manger so far and counting...be wary people, be very wary. I made a horrible decision switching to AT&T and will be leaving as soon as possible.

Had issues with no service months ago and nobody from the company could figure out why until after I had to get a new one and then I was told. Thaty.phone got black listed. Months later I write a bad review and someone from the executive office calls and says they will look into why it was black listed but because I already got a new phone there wouldn't be anything they could do. Called me back a week later to tell me that they don't see any notes as to why my phone was originally black listed and only thing they could do was a credit to my account. Because in their eyes i made the decision to get a cheap phone instead of waiting 4 months for them to figure out their mistakes.
I went to the AT&T store had all my accounts canceled, the customer service rep forgot to cancel one of the accounts and I got continuously charged for it because I was on auto pay. When I called AT&T to address the situation, they refused to refund my money.
Answer: Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission. If you want to be serviced by a bunch of dilettantes, this is the place for you, bad service, work, and experience, Joshua at legacy village has terrible customer service experience.
Answer: At this point I am so disgusted with a T and T your customer service skills are horrible they don't help you out they keep transferring you to different departments just to get you off the phone they do not like to resolve problems and promises that they made they do not keep their promises they get you into getting into their products and getting their commission and then they screw you out of what they promise you I do advise anybody to go through a TNT they are lousy
