I had one creative withdraw soon after the start after wanting to work with me. I wanted differing ideas though which is the great thing about these contests. At the end I had four designs that I would be happy to use, and nearly all the designs were better than what I had in mind at the start.

While there were alot of responses, - the majority of them came from outside the US - which affected the creative responses. (ex. Nuances to the english language)

Easy to use site. Support was prompt and helpful when needed.

We had a very good response to our contest with hundreds of names to choose from. We did select a winner but ultimately ended up using a completely different name for our business. This process definitely helped us get to an end result.
