As this was our first competition, a number of times we were uncertain about the next step to take. The system would often prompt us (good!) but not necessarily explain what was involved ("finalise the competition"), even when that was a simple thing. So maybe there's a little room for improvement in the prompts...

I have chosen" average' as my assessment, but there is probably nothing Squad Help can do about it. I found the experience overwhelming. I had 67 suggestions within the first two hours and over 600 in total over seven days. I submitted what I thought was a detailed brief, and revised it extensively after a day or so, but the suggestions were scattered and often unfocused, except for a few creative who seemed to get on board better than the rest. Despite so many entries, I didn't find a name I was prepared to commit to. Squad Help came highly recommended, and I would still recommend it to others, but I would tell them my experience and what to expect, and what not to expect. On a positive note, after rating 604 suggestions, I came up with a name myself that I am happy with and will run with. My team and I were influenced by the creative suggestions, which set us thinking in particular ways, which led eventually to what I hope will be a successful brand name. So in a roundabout way Squad Help did produce a name, and I consider my money well spent.
Trademark research was a little off the mark. Creatives were helpful. Customer service was good.

Especially please at the support Squad help gave me by extending my contest a couple extra days...that brough in the winning entry so, thanks too much.
