I don't know if there is anything you can do to make it better, but I did notice a lot people had to submit a name with a different ending. Maybe allow them to have a box with the name and another box with different ending. For example: Keypoint property group Keypoint group Keypoint homes Keypoint properties

Remove entries on our behalf that are clearly not worthy of being accepted OR filter those entries so that they are kept separate to the 'good ones'
Upload variations of the same logo into the same entry so it doesn't duplicate, allow to rate them individually. Review
I really enjoyed this process. I ended the contest early though because one of the creatives sparked me to choose my own name. It was through their help though that I thought of it so want them to be compensated for their idea. Thank you so much for your help

It was great using squadhelp, it makes you feel part of the process the whole way through, as if you have steam of people working with you. Rather than just handing the project over to a designer.
Make it a little clearer regarding which package I signed up to in respect to the validation service. I could not remember! Otherwise, it's a great service and there were many excellent choices. Thanks

I was looking for a creative name for an online, comprehensive weight loss program. Squadhelp came through!
We were extrenely pleased with squadhelp. We had over 1000 entries submitted during the week for our company name and felt the creatives responded promptly to feedback and guidance so the suggestions were in line with our brief and what we were looking for. We are delighted with the name we have chosen and plan to use squadhelp for our logo design too. Only thing we would say is that we found the web page difficult to navigate initially. We figured it out over time but it wasn't intuitive.

Overall, I think it's great. Makes a difficult process easier.
It was nice and very helpful. The only thing I did not like was when people add an entry and comment it afterwards with "you'll like it" / "that's a good one" as obviously the shouldn't rate their own entries nor does this help to convince me;-)
