Good Work! Excellent explanation on what the name means.

This was my first time. I was somewhat confused about how the timing would work and had little idea of how much work would be involved. I ended up pausing my contest for a week while I was away and then restarting it. But it took a decent amount of work to keep up with the submissions, give feedback and evaluate names. And it was fun. :)

It is a great concept. I like that someone else can do the creative thinking work. I received a ton of suggestions. The only thing is that sometimes it was overwhelming trying to sort through and respond.

Everything was really very good. Smooth process and clean overview. Was impressed with the level of communication the creatives gave and the constant updates and email notifications received.

Ended up with a satisfactory name but not something exceptional. My final 3 names included 2 of my own names, 1 of which beat the provided names in the audience testing.

It was a good experience. We ended up going with a different name altogether but we enjoyed some of the creative names that squadhelp came up with, and it certainly helped us in our consideration of the final name chosen.
I would recommend this site to others as well.

I have used the site for naming my company, and then for a logo, and so far I have had good experiences. I had some minor technical issues that did not last long, and your customer service team was on it faster than the speed of light! Great job!
