Overall I was satisfied with whole contest.i got nice suggestion for my brand name.

Seems to have difficulty with homepage. Customer service has been excellent. Prompt and very helpful to resolve the issues

Good experience, i reached my goals by finding the name for my new company. I will not hasitate to use this service again.

The ideas that came out of this process were top shelf. Really liked the process.

This has been a stressful but amazingly fun process. Every time I checked there were many new, fabulous submissions. The creatives made my final decision really, really hard as there were so many fantastic names offered up...some literal, some smart. My first shortlist was 68 names. It has taken me hours to cut it down to the winner. It was very hard to say no to some of them!

The hardest part about picking someone to design your logo - is the picking part. Squadhelp took that away and made it very easy for me to work with creative people all over the world. Best business decision I've made thus far.

The website becomes a little heavy and slow to respond once the submissions begins to flood in, but I suspect that is more of an issue with my browser and laptop. Also, there should be an easier way to refresh the webpage without losing all of my current filters, which would make is easier to manage new submissions. Everything else is great!

I'd like it to be slightly less expensive, and I don't like how things i "love" automatically get shortlisted. Also, I'd like to be able to rate after the contest is over.

It was well worth the cost. In a few short days, I had more logo options to choose from than I would have imagined. The creatives with Squadhelp were quick to make requested changes, and the customer support was fantastic. I highly recommend this service for anyone needing a company name, slogan, or logo.

This was our first time using Squadhelp and holding a contest - we had a fabulous experience. We learnt so much about our own business through holding this contest and want to thank all the creatives for their amazing entries and energy.

I really like how responsive all of the contestants were. I do like the easy-to-use UI provided on squadhelp. I also like the idea of sending bonuses. I did have an individual submit many revisions and catered to my needs and decided to send him a bonus for his efforts. This was a very great experience and I am fortunate to have found this site.
