Customer support has been excellent. The entries excellent. The process excellent. Great experience for my first time although I did make a mess and secured the domain before notifying the winner. Sincere apologies... won't happen again!

Squadhelp was a great experience - it really felt like we had a team of creatives sat in our office for the duration of the contest. Interacting with the creatives was easy and really improved output and direction.

Not sure I can offer any suggestions as I found the whole process great and was really comfortable throughout. I am very new at this and found from the outset it was clear and easy to provide feedback and communicate any enhancements to the brief and creators. Definitely will recommend.
