We were recommended to use Squadhelp and initially I must say, I was a bit reticent. However after seeing the flood of incredible domain names which were wide and varied, I am sold. There is NO WAY I could possibly think up most of them. Another benefit, there is no emotion involved on my part, only the joy of choosing from all those wonderful creative souls who took the time offer their awesome suggestions! It really was such a valuable experience and 1000% worth it
The UI/UX could be better on chrome for iPhones.

It would be very helpful to be able to upload pictures to show examples for example or make edits to submissions and show them what is meant by "this color" or "make it longer right here"...and show with an arrow etc. Having to ask the staff to upload pictures seems like wasting the staff's time. A great service and some nice talent participated. I liked the contestants were willing to do edits and were creative, but for the price wish they had branding experience so they were giving me suggestions vs me having to ask for so many edits. Overall I'm happy with my logos but only because I guided them, googled ideas and had to show them fonts when they all kept using a standard cursive instead of something creative like I asked for. They were willing to make as many edits as I asked for, but wish they had not required me to spend the time on a job I paid them to do.

Some great entries and there's several I could have used. Will definitely be back for more contests in the future.
1. In "how to choose a winner" would be helpful to say, find the winning entry, click on the 3 dots, and select the entry as "winner". The current guides says nothing about clicking on the 3 dots. 2. I was surprised when the data does not match. I ran a naming contest and submitted the 3 names for the Trademark. For some reason the names I submitted came back as domains... not the actual brand name + domain name which was confusing to me. Your staff member has resubmitted the Trademark check on the correct winning brand name, not the domain, and we await the form to come back. I am not sure how this happened, am grateful for the kind service to have it rectified. The customer is not sure what needs to be submitted, so it was great your staff were so helpful. Many thanks.

I was very surprised at the number of great entries I received. There were a lot of creative entries and options to consider. I followed the guidance to rank submissions on a regular (daily) basis, which worked as it encouraged others to submit names. The momentum continued to build throughout the contest to the very end. I would certainly use again.
The experience was good. I wasn't completely satisfied with the options provided, but it gave me some ideas to come up with a modified version from the suggestions.
It was a bit confusing when entries disappeared. Would be nice to know when that happens and why. I took exports a couple times a day and then noticed missing entries that way.

Group submissions together by designer. If I have one person provide the same logo in multiple formats, it's inconvenient not being able to see them grouped as a whole.
