We were beyond satisfied with Squadhelp! The whole system was very organized and user friendly. Customer service went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered. I was able to send them a message and receive a response within a minute or two which was incredibly helpful! This was honestly the friendliest and most helpful customer service my team and I have encountered in a very long time and we can't praise Squadhelp enough for the good work!

Overall, very pleased with the experience. However, it was frustrating that many of the contestants were not, for whatever reason, taking note of the messages to all, or the comments to them directly attached to their submissions.

It would be nice to scroll through the names faster. The loading up of new names was slow. I do however like the way the contest is ran.
I was very happy with the process, had some good name ideas and it was easy.
I had maybe designers and designs submitted to choose from. Each designer communicated well with me, made any adjustments I wanted, respond quickly. My experience here was great and I'll be back if I need anything else.
Please check the domain availability as much as possible. In my case, I chose two domain possiblities,".com", and ".me". Most of names are okay with ".me", but not-okay with ".com". It is a bit difficult to know this in your entries.
