I recently made a purchase from Atlas my medical office. I had a couple questions before ordering and someone answered the phone very quickly. Also, my order was shipped and delivered within the week. I was very happy and will be making another purchase.
Ordered Faxfinder 440 to replace dead unit that I had a backup of. They were our of 440 and upgraded me to an 840 without letting me know ahead of time. Had I know they didn't actually have any 440 units I would have looked elsewhere to get one. The backups from the 440 are not compatible with the 840. I ended up keeping it and manually programming it so we could get everything up and running. They really need to better keep their inventory in sync with their website.
