At first my relationship with several of the people at this company was terrific. About 2 years ago my main contact left. Since then I've dealt a lot with one person, Nancy M. Her correspondence is never voluntary. I always have to chase down bids. They never get back to me even when they are buying from me. If I ever make a mistake, she is so ugly about it. She is curt; never has a friendly thing to say. I feel she has never liked me, is never happy to hear from me, wishes she didn't have to work with me. I hope she will get a promotion or find another job. She might not be a people person; might be better off doing data entry or bookkeeping.
