I've had my robot vacuum for about a year and it started sucking up dirt less and less recently, and it was also making a loud sound when running! I sent in my robot vacuum to Asurion and received it about a week later saying the issue was fixed, passed all the tests, and to let it charge for 24 hours before starting. Well, THEY SENT IT BACK TO ME BROKEN. It was WORSE off than when I sent it to them because now it doesn't charge OR run—it doesn't work at all! So I IMMEDIATELY sent it back a SECOND TIME stating my concerns, and I was so excited to receive my vacuum today and guess what?! They had the audacity to stick a note in the vacuum box that basically said, "Sorry we can't fix your vacuum because it's dirty, so professionally clean it and send it back to us." First off, it's pretty sparkling clean if you ask me. AND! YOU ACCEPTED IT THE FIRST TIME WITH NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT IT BEING DIRTY! I never once used it since the first time I sent it in because YOU SENT IT TO ME BROKEN. IT DOESN'T RUN.
So I thought ok then duckers, let me call a professional who can clean this vacuum. I told him that this company is requiring me to get it "professionally cleaned" prior to them fixing my vacuum, and he said that was a load of s***. He owns this vacuum business and he NEVER once heard of a company requiring you to deep clean a vacuum prior to fixing it. What a load of idiots. Don't waste your time and money on this company. All of their reviews on their website are obviously fake. I will never throw my money at Asurion.
Multiple issues with an Acer laptop... we have had to send it in 3 times for the same issue. The last time it came back the repair lasted for 3 days. When it stopped working again I called to send it in for yet another repair, I was suddenly told it was a software issue, conveniently something Asurion doesn't cover. When I questioned what repairs were made and which parts were replaced just the week before (as had been indicated in the texts I had received from Asurion) I was told that actually NO repairs had been made. When I questioned the rude, interrupting service tech she was unable to explain the lies that had been text to me. I asked for another rep who might be able to better explain the situation she rerouted my call to a Home Depot warranty line. This extended warranty has been a complete joke. I love Amazon but I would never again buy another electronic from them if Asurion were the extended warranty option.
I sent my phone in to get the cracked screen fixed last Friday the 23rd of october. I have go no confirmation or info on my phone since. I called today to be on the phone for 3 hours told 10 different stories and got told my phone was recoved and they are sending it back with no repair due to the whole back of phone was shattered. It was not shattered the day I put it in the mail! Now I get my phone back even more damaged and they want more money from me to replace a phone that only had a cracked screen when sent in! They did not care or bat and eye about the situation! They just told me they needed an additional 170$ to replace my phone that I didn't do the damage to
Asurion sent me a replacement iphone xms256. I set it up and all looked well but when I made a call I could barely hear the person I called unless I put them on speaker phone. I texted with an asurion tech person which is what you do because you can not get a person to speak with. We went through all the setting then but nothing work so the tech person said to erase the phone and restore it which I did. But it still had the same problem. The next asurion tech person went through all the settings and said the phone must be defective. I was connected with someone to have them send a replacement phone but they said the replacement phone which did not work had to go through the warranty dept. They transferred me, I was on hold 47 minutes butwhen connected to the warrantee dept. they said they had to connect me to the business dept. When connected to the business dept which actually was just another repair tech who said I had to go through the insurance dept which is where I started. This company is the worst - promised a tech would be out, never showed up - no phone call - stayed up waiting for them. Then they send an email the next day saying they couldn't come for an unspecified reason and threaten to cancel the claim if I don't contact them. Hard to get hold of - endless prompts that are meaningless once you have filed your claim. What they really want is to mail the phone and have you do the work - this was offered every other sentence. When I said no - they mysteriously lose the connection. Finally I have agreed to the delivery by mail - seems the only way forward - don't trust them.
I filed a claim on Sunday and the website was confusing and I ended up with two claims. On Monday morning I called customer service and I had a new phone at my door by 1:00. I can't complain about that service
Only minor problem with phone. They won't even look into it and their only option is to charge me 200 for a new phone, even though I've already paid 10 / month for the last 23 months. Rip off! I'm getting my phone repaired by 3rd party company and cancelling my insurance. Waste of money.
ThiS Company's customer service is horrible I tried to replace a simple phone I had to call the company 30 times. It took me almost two days to get my phone activated. This company needs to be out of business the way they treat your customers is horrific. Be very careful when choosing this company as your insurance at&t is no better, This experience made me switch my phone to T-Mobile
Charging port does not work AT ALL. How do you send somebody a broken phone as a replacement? I'm devastated...
I have a business acct with Verizon. We sold the Asurion Total Mobile Protection plan for $45 per month for all mobile devices under my business contract. Was specifically told could pay only $29 to have any screen replaced by uBreakiFix repair locations at any time.

Spoke with three different people at Asurion today only to have them try to ship me a replacement phone for $199 completely avoiding the option to replace the screen for $29.
Fraud, Scam and and I smell a class action lawsuit as soon as I contact an attorney.
I have been in contact with Asurion since August 7th. I have completed all hiring process even passed the training course upon the date they told me a recruiter will be contacting me to start my training. I received email the very next morning saying they was no longer hiring for that position. I have contacted this company once or twice a week and I just completed another interview and now they saying that I'm not a perfect candidate the thing is, I have prior work history even as a supervisor got excellent reviews from all my employers. To my discovery I found others have the exact same problem... do not waste your time with Asurion because they going to play games with you and not offer you an opportunity and then she tried to convince you with another department it's been 2 months. Please do yourself a favor and do not waste your time with this company
It took forever to make a claim, once I finally did they never showed up for the appointment. All I needed was to get my screen fixed, and now they are trying to get me to pay 200 dollars for new phone. Just pay for AppleCare, this company is terrible.
I purchased this insurance bc I was told it would cover every electronic in my home. I paid 26$ a month. My iPad screen broke. I contacted them and they assured me they would send me labels so I can mail the ipad in for repairs. Two weeks went by still no shipping labels. I called again. He told me he didn't know what happened but he would mail the shipping labels again plus send the through email. Again 2 weeks passed no email nor shipping labels by mail. At this point I am furious. Stay away they only want your money.
I've been trying for 2 days online and over the phone to file a claim and the people have no idea what they are doing and the website does not work correctly. I am so sick of these people! They suck!

This has to be the worst experience I've ever had for a service that I pay for monthly... I cant even put it in to words how frustrating and impossible this deal was, just to get a cell phone replaced, you would think I was trying to buy a F16 fighter jet from the government with a personal check. The real problem is that Verizon knows how bad it is and still nothing has been done to help people with their problem. I wish I wasn't tied to my phone like I am but it is what it is at this point. I'm embarrassed to say I'm involved in any way with this kind of insurance company, what's even more sad is the people seemed nice and tried to be helpful but they have a procedure that doesn't permit them to do a good and fair job. I agreed to get the insurance with my new $1400 Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra from Verizon due to the price of the phone. I dropped the phone back in June 2020 and the screen cracked at the upper right corner. Screen sensors were fine. All worked well. Four days ago (3.5 months later) the screen sensors failed on the top 1/3 of the screen. I filed a claim with Asurion. The process is OK. They approved my claim quickly and sent out the phone. It was supposed to arrive by 1:30 PM the following day. UPS misplaced it. I called Asurion and they said I had to refuse delivery in order for them to resend my phone. I decided to give it another day. Two days later still no phone. UPS was no help. Asurion reneged on their earlier offer. I'm going to skip all of the boring details. Bottom line... Asurion wasn't going to help. They shipped a phone and in their mind... end of story. I'm still without a working phone. UPS apparently doesn't know where it is. None of this is my fault but Asurion doesn't care. In the mean time, I bought a phone from Amazon. Frankly, I should have done this months ago and kept it for just such an occasion. I will never get an insurance policy through them again.

They make you jump hoops, send your license and an affidavit then wait 3 hours just kidding they must have Verizon cause 6 hours later they "just received the email"

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
