Best service there is!

When I first got my laptop fixed in Paramus off of Route 17, I thought the customer service was excellent. They didn't make me wait for them and they even offered me a monthly payment plan of $24/per month instead of paying the $99 for the service. They also didn't give me a hard time when I contacted them to cancel my monthly payment plan.

In less than two minutes, I filed a claim on my list phone. I was worried because I had recently filed a claim on the same line and thought I would get hassled or chastised at the very least for loosing it again so soon. To my surprise, no such thing happened. The claim went through. THANK YOU!

The person on the chat was very helpful and kind. He did everything he could to submit my claim, which I appreciated a lot. I received a company to fill out a claim form and have it uploaded to their site. I've been trying to upload it, but I keep getting an error page. Even when I try to find another way to upload the form, it keeps bringing me back to the error page. They make it hard to submit a claim.
