My product broke a couple weeks after my protection plan expired but as a one time courtesy, Asurion still processed my claim. Thank you!

Wonderful and quick, and I didn't have to wait on a phone listening to elevator music in the process.

Repair person was very knowledgeable about what the problem was. He explained what happen and what he had to do to resolve the issue. He got it Repaired and working like new again.

Cracked screen And the computer wasn't and hasn't been operating correctly since the screen cracks none of the touch functions on the screen work and just everything's going slowly degrading

My fb got hacked, I was worried about hackers having access to the information stored on my IPhone. Contacted the tech support through the app- the issue was resolved in minutes. They've run a security check for my IPhone and even WiFi. Highly recommend.
