Bianca the tech was very helpful. It took awhile for her to get to me, but that's to be expected. The service was very smooth and easy. I installed the necessary app and watched as Bianca operated my phone remotely, transferring my photos and videos to my SD card. Being UN-tech-savvy, it was a great help to me. Of course, there WAS a sales pitch for Verizon's insurance program covering all my devices, but when I said no they just completed the service. Good experience overall.

Jasmine was simply outstanding me in activating my new iPhone, before my old and outdated Verizon Droid Incredible phone was affected following Verizon's removal of its 3G Network. Jasmine was very patient during our chat, walking me through all the necessary activation steps and ensuring all my apps & data were successfully loaded onto my new device. Because of the covid situation I've had to make a career change that involves the use of sUAV's a. K. a drones. Drones are expensive and accidents are gonna happen especially when you're new to the game. I've had to file 2 claims for for the same drone. One was due to pilot error and the other was due to a mechanical malfunction. Asurion was true to their word. I have received outstanding customer service on both occasions. And the quality of repair was outstanding. I highly recommend getting this insurance because these drones are expensive. If you're going to pilot a drone, especially if you're a novice like I was, odds are there's going to be an accident due to human or mechanical error. If it weren't for Asurion I would not have been able to get my FAA 107 commercial drone license.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
