I purchased luggage and insured them with this coverage. I had an issue with the luggage's performance or lack of holding up to its name. When I didn't get help from the manufacturer, Asurion stepped in and took care of the luggage that I was so disappointed with. Don't get me wrong, my rep was nice enough, but why am I paying for useless coverage? I don't need anything until the mfr expires. Paying for extra coverage for a year, while the mfr coverage is in place doesn't make sense.

Have had issues connecting to normal every day sites/apps. They were great in analysis of my phone and patient with my low "tech knowledge" in a very quick time frame they were able to find an internal hardware issue that could've been causing my problems. I waited for months to contact them as I didn't want to be on for a really long time. I wasn't! I'll never wait if I need help again
