I had a feeling I was intentionally getting the runaround. I was persistent and did not give up. Asurion finally sent the information to ship the HP laptop and resolved the issue. I would purchase the insurance again.

Ease of filing a claim

The agent, Miracris, was the best. Filed the claim for me and sent me a shipping label so I could send the Igloo Portable Ice Maker in for repairs at no cost to me and hopefully getting my unit fixed. I could not have asked for this process to have been any easier. Thank you for your competent and professional agents.
