My claim was very easy. I send my printer back no charge. They checked it out and the parts wasn't available for it, so they sent me a full refund of my purchase price.
The process was simple and very user friendly the questions were straight forward.

Purchased a PlaySation4 thru Amazon and added the Asurion 3 year protection plan just for peace of mind, even thinking I would never need it.
Well, very glad I did now as I have just recently had an issue with it. I chatted with Abigail, explained the problem and she jumped right on it after I referenced her the information she needed.
Less than 5 minutes later I had a pre-paid shipping label in the email in box for the items return for repair or replacement at no further charge to me.
Now how easy is that!

Some people keep their phones a very long time and pay into the insurance from the very beginning. It would be a nice gesture and a "thank you" from the insurance company if the company would offer more than one choice for a replacement phone. I do not think you would lose any money and you might gain more respect and more customers if only by word of mouth about your generosity.

Our dryer quit Asurion sent a repair man right away to see what the problem was. He came back the next day with parts and repaired the dryer.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
