It took me a total of about 10 minutes to file a claim and do a return for replacement. I am so glad I chose this warranty. I will definitely purchase this plan in the future.
When my favorite purple LONGLU Smart Watch stopped working, I filed an online claim with Asurion, which was denied! Not understanding why, I chatted with Ricky who researched the reason given and discovered that my claim was denied in error. While he was in the process of getting approval to process the claim, my connection with him was lost. Having been chatting with Ricky for several minutes, I was in panic mode thinking I was going to have to start anew with the new tech when I rechatted. Ricky had done such a great job documenting everything he had done that when I reached Marygold, she was able to finish my claim within about five minutes. MANY THANKS to both Ricky and Marygold for their courtesy, professionalism, and speed resolving my claim!
I love the my representative, Juvelyn, was friendly and kind. She kept the chat going with me while waiting for the steps to be taken, to get my claim filed.

This is the first time I have called Asurion and finally got some sort of satisfaction. My scooter has not been working since September, 2022 and since I am a senior, with a disability, this has limited by ability to be active and surely affected my quality of life. Today, hopefully that has changed.
I always hate going through warranties because most companies would make you jump through loops to complete it; for obvious reasons. Not Asurion! You can tell that this companies hold true to their mission and goal about warranty, super easy process to make a claim! Fast response time on results! And no additional information was needed they saw that it was within the guidelines of the warranty and reimbursed the money I spent almost three years ago! (Check with your warranty policy for specific years). I am definitely a happy camper! My first successful warranty reimbursement without having to call them directly and express my frustrations! I will definitely be purchasing warranties on my items if it's backed by this company.
This was the fastest & easiest claim I've ever filed. I added my info, paid the deductible and my new phone is on it's way. I have 15 days to return my damaged phone in the prepaid envelope after I receive the replacement so I'm not out a phone for those days.
Like all insurance companies, asurion only cares about money. Asurion sent me a malfunctioning and locked phone. I called them and they were unhelpful and this situation went on for a week. After a week of back and forth they said they cannot send me a replacement phone and I'm stuck with a phone that I'm unable to use!
I don't have time for this now. But I can't get out of it without at least 50 words? I can't even say how maddening this is!

The setup process was easy and successful until the very last step when I could not get the SIM transferred. Amanda was exceptional in her effort to help me. The best tech support I've experienced!
We purchased a TV at the US Air Force Academy Base Exchange in January 2020. We noticed black streaks in the middle of the screen around May 2022. Then another developed down the right side around October 2022. I forgot about the extended 3 year warranty with Asurion, then my husband reminded me. I was concerned since we were nearing the three year mark. I filed our claim in November and Asurion sent out a repairman right away. Our TV was repaired within a few days at no additional cost to us. We are very satisfied.
I'm happy I purchased this plan because it would have been one expensive repair.

I've taken my products to the UPS store as requested by the online instructions from Asurion but it seems as both times they had no clue what to do and had a hard time finding how to get the product shipped back to the right organization with an Asurion so I would agree that the service is invaluable and amazing when it does happen but the integration with the UPS Store is quite terrible

I had a keyboard cover on my laptop. Even though that was the case when I accidentally spilled coffee on it; some still got on the keyboard. As a result I lost the keyboard function. Thankfully I have coverage with Asurion. They sent the QR code to ship my laptop. They assessed the situation and ordered the needed parts. My laptop was fixed snd returned to me in a reasonable time. It works fine and i am completely satisfied. I highly recommend Asurion.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
