Called asurion today to WASTE 30 MINUTES of my life answering 300 questions. Then wasted another 30 MINUTES of my life talking to a rude Asian I could hardly understand asking me the EXACT same 300 questions I already answered, She then hung up on me without a callback. $#*! Asurion a worthless waste of money and time dripping them today
They were professional, fast and communicated consistently to make our repair easy.
Showed up service rep had me check with att on insurance diagnosed problem helped me file the claim, told me 2 hrs it would be ready. I left maybe a hr later got email it was done, phone is as good as knew! Great knowledgeable service!

I am attempting to make a first claim since I've started this service in 2021. It is now March of 2023 and I am getting the run around to fix my laptop. I called about 5 times to cancel the service, so instead of canceling they talk me into staying just to give me more trouble with a bunch of different people I have to keep talking to. If my laptop doesn't get approved to get fixed within the next business day, I will be seeking legal counsel to get all my money back that I have given this company over the last two years. I will never recommend this company to anyone else either.

My claim was incorrect and I tried to correct it on multiple occasions and there was technical issues with the phones. I was charged $160 for a water damaged phone when my phone was actually lost and retrieved. I have no way of speaking to someone to remove the charge as I have been given the run around from Asurion to AT&T 1-800#.

This was the easiest claim experience I have ever had. The tech was timely and very professional. He said he would have my screen fixed in about 25 minutes and it was done within the time frame he gave. This was a great experience and well worth the cost of the plan.

I put my claim in online at 4 PM and had my phone in my hands by noon the next day. AT&T and Asurion really came through. The replacement was identical to my old one. Also, it was really easy to set up and I was up and running in about 15 to 20 minutes. Most of that included just customizing the settings for myself. VERY SATISFIED. Don't change a thing.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
